A day in Isabel's life

2 videos together. once day Isabel kept wanting to go into the hamper and lay down she wouldn't let me take the clothes out. So i had to wait till she took a nap to clean up. She is too funny.

A glimpse of Isabel. When she is talking with the penguin i think she is mimicking what Joe does. When i said "say cat," she was looking at the window because lately foggy has been on the window seal. It's funny how she remembered things like that. Well enjoy family!

Chocolate Face

Isabel came up to me giving me a bag of Dove chocolates that she got out of the Diaper bag. She was saying "more, more." She had half a piece foil and all. I don't know why she would think i would let her have the chocolate and ask. I guess thats why she started without asking and realized she needed help.With her messy face I had to try and video her. She was so hyper she wouldn't stay still.

Finger Painting

I attempted making a food type finger paint since i know Isabel will try and eat it. It didn't turn out quite right i needed to cook it longer but it still worked and Isabel had fun!

Joe's Foot

So... Joe had a 475 lbs Barrel of glue fall on his foot at work. He luckily only has two broken toes and one of his toes was pretty much hanging off and got stitched back on. He has been in pain on and off and doing good. He gets to wear " a Frankenstine shoe" as Joe calls it. He is going back to work today hoping it wont be to bad. As last week we went to work for a day and didn't feel so well the next day. So he is giving it another try. He gets to wear a metal steel toe thing on his foot which i think his department is now going to have to wear because of Joe.

Look if you dare at Joe's toe. Gross!

Taking a break

Taking a break from inside we decided to play in the snow. More like get Isabel not scared of the snow. She does love being outside and running around. I can't wait for it to get warm and spring to come. I'm excited to plant flowers esp. tulips because they are so pretty and they grow back every year. Then my garden! The winter hasn't been to bad its just a pain going places worry that Isabel is not warm enough or to hot and putting coats on and off. She loves going outside but she doesn't care how cold she gets she wants to be out. But at least she gets to go outside for a little while. We have been going out more since Isabel got some cute Snow pants. We got her a cute hat but every time we put it on she takes it off, we should have gotten one of those hat with the straps. O well now I'm just hoping it will start warming up now.

Besides getting to go outdoors, I think i'm really ready for a vacation. Which we will be able to go to CA to see family which we are excited about. It's going to be fun and nice to get out of UT for a little bit. I would be really happy if we can get a Van before then. Man it would be a much more comfortable ride but most likely not but one could dream.

So I have found that thinking keeping a house clean seems crazy with Isabel and *cough* the husband *cough*. not that he doesn't help every once in a while. I feel like i clean the same thing over again all day with Isabel and I never to get to do any deep cleaning or continue onto other rooms besides the main rooms. It gets frustrating sometimes but then i just think well, this is what life is with kids i guess. I can't imagine what its going to be like with more than one. Now i envy my mom and how she did it with 6 kids. Right now i just feel like throwing away half the crap we have now so it would stop pilling up. ha. =)

Isabel and the Snow

Isabel "playing" in the snow. He hand clapping is her version of patty cake. She loves it and calls is baby. Isabel's new word to sign and say is Apple. And she almost can say Cat and signs it. She can't quite get the C sound. but it's cute.
